I would have guessed watercolor. Very painterly. I think you caught the effect of "whimsiness" (if that's a word?) very well. Don't sell yourself short--you did a great job.

I really like how the blue beeds into the hair. Is this all watercolor?? Or did you do some of it on the computer too?

yo yo it ALL photoshop, with watercolor brushes which i downloaded ! i am in the process of making a bunch of my own, arent they fun :DDDDD
